  • Performance reporting

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Supply access to required advertising accounts
  • Approve campaign content where required
  • Pay agreed fees on time

Clients remain responsible for their own business claims, products, services, and website content.

3. Advertising Platforms

Campaigns are subject to third-party platform rules, including Google policies.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings
  • Specific lead volumes
  • Specific sales results
  • Platform approval of every ad submission

Marketing performance depends on many variables outside our control.

4. Fees & Payments

Payment terms will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Advertising spend paid directly to Google is separate from agency fees unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

Materials created by Ad Agency Solutions may remain our intellectual property until paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Agency Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Indirect losses
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party platform outages or policy changes

7. Confidentiality

We treat client business information confidentially except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed notice periods or written agreement.

Outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
